1. Membership fee — A one-off payment of £200 secures lifetime membership of The Fifty. No further fees apply.
2. Discount — Members receive 10% off all standard retail purchases at Blas, Crickhowell. The discount applies to the member only and cannot be shared, transferred, or applied retrospectively.
3. Priority access — Members will receive 48 hours advance notice of Blas events and rare or collectible stock via the private Signal* group, before any public announcement.
4. Event discount — Members receive 10% off all Blas event tickets.
5. Membership card — Each member receives a numbered copper membership card. Cards are non-transferable and remain the property of Blas.
6. Duration — Membership and all associated benefits remain valid for the lifetime of the member or for as long as Blas operates at its Crickhowell premises, whichever is sooner.
7. Changes to benefits — Blas reserves the right to modify membership benefits with a minimum of 30 days written notice to members.
8. Refunds — The membership fee is non-refundable except where required by law. In the event that Blas does not open, all membership fees will be refunded in full.
9. Signal group — Membership includes access to The Fifty private Signal group. Blas reserves the right to remove members from the group for inappropriate conduct, without affecting other membership benefits.
10. Governing law — These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11. Primary Member — Membership may be shared between two people living at the same address for a single membership fee. Membership benefits are limited to the named household and cannot be extended to friends, family members at other addresses, or any other third parties. In the event that a shared membership can no longer be shared (i.e. stop living at the same address), benefits remain with the primary membership holder only.
*Signal is an app that is similar to Whatsapp, but it enables members to keep their identity and telephone numbers hidden if desired.

3. Cynnig cyntaf – Bydd aelodau’n cael gwybod 48 awr o flaen y cyhoedd am unrhyw ddigwyddiadau a stoc prin neu stoc casgladwy trwy’r grŵp Signal* preifat, cyn i unrhyw gyhoeddiad gael ei wneud.
4. Gostyngiad ar bris digwyddiadau – Bydd aelodau’n cael gostyngiad o 10% ar bris tocynnau holl ddigwyddiadau Blas.
5. Cerdyn Aelodaeth – Bydd pob aelod yn derbyn cerdyn aelodaeth copr gyda rhif unigryw arno. Nid oes modd pasio cerdyn ymlaen i rhywun arall a Blas fydd yn berchen ar y cerdyn trwy gydol unrhyw aelodaeth.
6. Hyd Aelodaeth – Bydd aelodaeth a’r holl fuddion cysylltiedig yn para gydol oes yr aelod neu cyhyd ag y bydd Blas yn gweithredu o’i leoliad yng Nghrughywel, pa bynnag un sy’n dod i ben gyntaf.
7. Newidiadau i fuddion – Mae Blas yn neilltuo’r hawl i newid buddion yr aelodaeth gan roi o leiaf 30 diwrnod o rybudd ysgrifenedig i aelodau.
8. Ad-daliadau – Nid oes modd ad-dalu’r tâl aelodaeth oni bai bod gofyn gwneud hynny yn ôl y gyfraith. Os, am ba bynnag reswm, na fydd Blas yn agor, bydd pob tâl aelodaeth yn cael ei ad-dalu’n llawn.
9. Grŵp Signal – Mae aelodaeth yn cynnwys mynediad i Grŵp Signal The Fifty. Mae gan Blas yr hawl i wahardd aelodau o’r Grŵp os ydynt yn ymddwyn mewn modd anaddas, ni fydd eu buddion eraill yn cael eu heffeithio.
10. Y Gyfraith – Caiff y Termau hyn eu llywodraethu gan gyfraith Cymru a Lloegr.
11. Prif Aelod – Gellir rhannu aelodaeth rhwng dau berson sy’n byw yn yr un cyfeiriad am un tâl aelodaeth. Dim ond pobl sy’n byw yn y cartref sydd wedi’i enwi ar yr aelodaeth all fanteisio ar y buddion ac ni ellir cynnig y buddion i ffrindiau a theulu sy’n byw mewn cyfeiriad arall, na unrhyw drydydd parti. Pe byddai sefyllfa’n codi a fyddai’n golygu na fyddai modd rhannu aelodaeth mwyach (h.y rhoi’r gorau i fyw yn yr un cyfeiriad), y prif aelod fydd yn cadw’r buddion.
*Mae Signal yn ap sy’n debyg iawn i WhatsAapp, ond mae’n galluogi aelodau’r grŵp i gadw eu manylion a’u rhif ffôn yn gyfrinachol os ydynt yn dymuno gwneud hynny.
